The purchase and use of the service constitute full agreement to the terms detailed in this policy.
Nature of the Service
The mentorship is a professional and strategic service in the field of LinkedIn, provided for a period of three (3) months, and includes, among other things:
One-on-one meetings
Building and/or editing a LinkedIn profile
Content guidance and consulting
Formulation of a presence and activity strategy on LinkedIn
Ongoing and asynchronous feedback (at the Consultant’s discretion)
The exact scope and content of the service may vary according to the purchased package and professional discretion.
Nature of the Service and Responsibility
The service is advisory and mentoring only. There is no commitment to results of any kind, including (but not limited to): exposure, leads, sales, collaborations, or job offers.
Responsibility for implementing the recommendations, content, and actions in practice rests solely with the Client.
Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
Payment for the mentorship is made in advance. No refunds of any kind will be given, including in cases of discontinuation of use, dissatisfaction, partial non-utilization of the service, or any other reason, after payment has been made.
The Client acknowledges that the service is an ongoing service based on availability, knowledge, and professional experience.
Use of Materials
All materials, recordings, documents, recommendations, and deliverables provided במסגרת the mentorship are intended for the Client’s personal use only.
It is prohibited to transfer, copy, publish, or make commercial use of the materials without written approval from the Consultant.
Intellectual Property
All rights to the content, work methods, models, and materials belong exclusively to the Consultant, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Law and Jurisdiction
This policy shall be governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction is vested in the competent courts in Israel.

Nature of the Service
A one-time LinkedIn consultation meeting, lasting 60 minutes, provided online and of a strategic nature only.
Nature of the Consultation
The meeting is a strategic consultation session. It does not constitute ongoing mentorship, actual management, or a commitment to implementation.
There is no commitment to results of any kind.
Payment and Cancellations
Payment is made in advance upon scheduling the meeting. The meeting cannot be canceled after payment has been made.
A client who does not attend the meeting and does not provide prior notice will not be entitled to a refund or an alternative meeting.
Rescheduling is possible with at least 12 hours’ prior notice, subject to availability. A change of date is permitted only once.
Responsibility
Responsibility for implementing the recommendations given in the meeting rests solely with the Client.
